Apple and cinnamon preserve

Peel and cut 2 kg of apples into cubes, throwing the core away. Put them in a pot adding enough water to cover them Let them cook until tender and then mash them with a masher.  Add 300 ml of apple juice, 300 gr of sugar and the juice of 2 lemons. Let it boil. In the meantime put some glass jar in the oven at 200° for at least 20 minutes. Take the extremely hot glass jars carefully, put 1 cinnamon stick in each jar and pour the hot preserve in them, plugging immediatly. Let the jars cool upside down.
